      did i eat healthy today?

      i’m 5′3, about 111 lbs and 18 (female)
      breakfast -
      yogurt – 130 cal
      granola bar- 120 cal (both organic if that matters lol)

      lunch –
      bowl of cereal (2 cup rice krispies…had a craving lol) with 3/4 cup soy milk
      1 cup mango

      snack -
      100 calories low fat, high fiber fudge bar

      dinner -
      veggie burger on country wheat with mustard and 1 tbl fat free cream cheese
      carrots
      1 cup mango

      dessert-
      1 cup fat free blueberry frozen yogurt
      in a sugar cone (50 cal)

      and i biked 6 miles today if that means anything also
      no i’m actually never really hungry anymore. its weird…i’m hoping my appetite will come back cause it sucks to eat when you are not hungry

        CALORIES EATING DIET TOO MUCH?

        Okay How manu calories do you think this is and for a diet should i take aways some more or add some more?? Will I loose weight with this??? wat do you think

        Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal Packet with A cup of Special K cereal on top

        Then at 3;00 P.m i had a starbucks vavvino (its a banana Chocolate Smoothie with a protein boost and fiber boost. Its like thier New Healthy drink its 300 calories)

        Then I had dance class for 90 minutes but it wasnt much of a workout today b/c it was mostly Just Reherding

        Then I had A big Chef Salad with no calorie dressing and a small turkey and Provolone sandwich

        Then i had a few scoops Of Frozen Yogurt fat free and a little bit of cereal on top.

        Did i eat too much!!for a diet? i didnt work out much today like i usulaly do.

          hello!i am looking to loose a total of 15 pounds but want to do it slowly.i am eating a 1000 calories a day?

          i started this diet on march 1st and i plan to continue at a 1000 a day till 31st march..yesterday night i went out and ate alot say 2000 calories because we were drinking with friends.I was wondering if i work it off on the treadmill 500 at a time will it cancel out the excess 1000 i ate?I usually incline my treadmill to 15 and hold on to the bars.And in an hour i burn 500 calories so i was looking to do 2 days of it to cancel it out.Isthat ok and the right way to do it?i cannot jog and i thoght the fastest way to burn would be incline althogh i am scared to gain muscle weight!I do not work out that much.My second question is will i be able to lose atleast 8.4 pounds out of the 15 by 31st march?at 1000 a day.plse answer only if its sensible.I eat quite a variety of foods fruits veggies,boca burgers,tortilla chips salsa wheat bread,chocolates,frozen yogurt fat free..so i want to know if i am on the right track.thanks

            did i eat a good amount today?

            breakfast 6 crackers- 14 calories each
            a huge iced coffee with skim milk and 4 splendas
            a nature valley bar
            a bowl with fat free sugar free frozen yogurt with strawberries
            steamed chicken with garlic sauce on the side.
            i weigh 100 pounds and im 5"2 and i did the olyptical for 45 minutes and did 100 jumpping jacks

              Would this be a healthy frozen yogurt meal?

              I like to treat myself to frozen yogurt at yogurt land like 2-3 times a week while eating healthy foods and exercising 5-6 times a week. I’m trying to maintain weight.
              The yogurt has no sugar added but its nutrition facts are:
              Calories: 264
              It says fat free but has 3 g of saturated fats(??)
              318 mg of sodium
              57 g of carbs
              23 g of sugar
              11 g of protein
              150% daily calcium

              This would be my lunch for like Monday Wednesday and friday.

              Is this bad?

                Will I get fat please MUST ANSWER!!?

                hey im a 12 year old girl. im almost 5 6 about 5 5 and i weigh about 95 pounds. I had a bowl of cheerios with fat free milk for breakfast. Lunch: half a turkey sandwhich with lettuce and tomato on a roll. I also had some goldfish and a gatorade. Then I came home and had an apple, a pear, and a few whole wheat ritz crackers with some munster cheese on top. I am going to go to the mall and I plan to eat a small fat free frozen yogurt of chocolate and vanilla swirl in a cone and eat dinner there. (i will probly eat some chinese food but not the oily kind. I will eat healthy.) Is this too much to eat? Will I get fat and please tell me how many approximate calories and grams of fat that was. THANKS! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!! OR DID I EAT NOT ENOUGH?:)

                  Help! Am I eating too much?

                  3:00p.m I have a 240z smoothie at our gym ( It is a low calorie smoothie with just Soymilk, Blueberries, Strawberries,Sugar free Vanilla syrup, and a protein boost blended with just ice, and thats all they put in it)

                  Then i ran eight miles on the treadmill at 7mph+ and streghth train a little bit

                  Then I had a turkey cranberry wrap with a small salad and
                  frozen fat free yogurt for dessert with a little bit of cereal on top

                  Is this good? what should i do to it if not?

                    Anyone have some healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner recommendations?

                    The thing about the Weight Watcher’s meals, or the healthy frozen dinners, or healthy recipes is that they don’t really fit my eating style. "Penne pasta and portabella mushrooms, drizzled in a savory sauce" is not something I really want to eat with or without the carbs and calories.

                    I’m a little more simple, you know what I mean? Apples, oranges, PB&J, pasta with butter, yogurt… Any suggestions for some simple, nutritious choices for my meals and snacks?
