(mental and physical),I wear shape up sneakers(not sketchers danskin), I always eat healthy (fruits, veggies, beans, quinoa, sprouted rice, sometimes pizza or pasta BUT NOT THE GREASY DELIVERY KIND the frozen pizza, eggs, yogurt, etc.) and don’t over do desserts and I don’t eat desserts like twinkies or ho-hos or any kind of snack cake, Sometimes I eat fruits like blue berries and bananas or a greek yogurt parfait instead of dessert, I eat usually eggs or oat meal for breakfast sometimes waffles, I usually get at least 30 minutes a day of exercise unless I’m sick or just feel lazy and tired that day but if I feel good I will get at least 30 minutes a day of exercise, but in the summer I swim at least an hour a day so I’m in better shape in the summer, I’m on my computer with my pet cockatiel a good bit, I play with my hamster and other pets too, and I also get on skype and talk to my friend who lives in the UK, I don’t watch much TV, I prefer video games (wii), and the computer (I mostly get on wikipedia to find out things, skype to talk to people, youtube to watch videos, Windows movie maker to make videos and upload them to youtube, Amazon.com and a few other sites to shop, and I sometimes just surf the web) to TV, but I don’t stay in my room all day, I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep, I Like to paint, draw, make movies, play video games, play with my pets, go outside, go out, swim, etc. And BTW do shape ups help tone you at all? And I’m also a vegetarian
