Here is another quick and easy simple recipe. A Strawberry Banana Smoothie that can also be turned into a frozen yogurt! All you need is some imagination. I chose to use -Strawberries -Banana -Almond Milk -Sliced Raw Almonds -Vanilla Whey Protein Powder Feel free to experiment with the recipe by using different fruit such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries – And also substituting the almond milk for regular milk, greek yogurt, or even water! Chef Bob showing how to make a delicious Strawberry and Banana Yogurt Ice Cream!
YOU MIGHT HAVE TO TURN UP THE VOLUME. I PROMISE IT’S THERE! FRO YO!! I love frozen yogurt it’s healthy and tasty. So this is a cheap, easy and delicious way to make it at home. And you can probably find all the ingredient right there in your refrigerator.
I’ve been drinking a smoothie for breakfast in the mornings. I know smoothies you get at restaurants aren’t the healthiest, so I make my own. Here’s what I use:
1/2 banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
3 tbsp Light and Fit vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup oats
It usually fills one of my insulated cups (normal size) and I drink it all…every morning. Is that healthy or will it make me gain weight?
Also, protein powder. If I don’t do weight training, will it make me gain weight?
I’m 5′6" 135 lbs, female. Looking to get healthier.
About how many calories is this?
Hey loves! This is the first recipe I’ve ever posted to YouTube…woo! This is super yummy and filling. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or whenever! Points with 1/2 banana, 1 cup FF Frozen Vanilla Yogurt, 1/4 cup skim milk, and 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter= 9 pro-points. Yum-O
Enjoy!
