Should i be Feeling guilty?

So i have a regular excercise and eating schedual but i dont know if its going to help me loose weight i usually do one long run on sunday but i wont be able to do that this week and im feeling guilty about it. I also feel guilty b/c i feel like i eat too much food and wont loose weight with this will you tell me if these feelings of guilt are really true?

Monday:

Breakfest: Instant Oatmeal with 1 cup of Special K cereal on top

3:00 p.m: Small Low fat and all Natural strawberry Banana Smoothie with a protein boost at the gym

Excercise: 7 miles on a tredmill at the gym at 7mph and increase to 8 mph near the end of my runs.

Dinner: Turkey cranberry Wrap, with a small side salad (No cal dressing), a small slice of cake with Some fat freee cool whip

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Same

3:00P.m: Before and hour and a half of ballet class i have a blenderd vivanno banana chocolate shake at starbucks with non-fat milk it is about 300 calories.

Excercise: 90 mins of ballet

Dinner: Small turkey sandwich a big chef salad (no dressing) and Frozen fat free Yogurt with low calorie puffed up cereal on top.

Wednesday: Same as monday
Thursday: same as Tuesday
Friday: same as monday and wednes day

Saturday:

Breakfast i have my oatmeal with cereal on top and add a banana b/c i have to go to dance in the morning. I have 90 mins class and then i have about an hour of rehersal. After that i have dinner and its usually what ever i might have a grapefruit in between breakfast and dinner.

Sunday: Okay heres they day i usually do a long 7.5 mile run under an hour but this week i wont be able to do it. I was thinking running 7 miles at the gym after rehersal on saturday to make up for it should I? I feel guilty.

    Is this too much food/calories for a diet?

    I just want to know if I would gain weight or loose weight from this. I’m not trying to loose actually gain.

    Breakfast: Instant oatmeal with a cup of cereal on top

    Lunch: 100 Calorie Pack Rice cakes

    a small White Mocha Frappaccino

    than I had 90 mintues of master ballet class

    then for Dinner I plan on having a t.v dinner that is 300 calories or less and a side salad

    than for dessert a scoop of fat free frozen yogurt with berries and cereal on top

      Heres what I ate today… Am I still going to gain weight?

      all right I’m done gaining weight and i just want to maintain will i with this schedual??? I had 90 minutes of master ballet class, and i usually run lond distnace and strength train on days I dont dance
      I was 86 and now im 92 and i dont want to gain anymore will i still gain with this?

      Breakfast: One packet of instant oatmeal with a cup of cereal

      Lunch: an apple

      and then a starbucks Vavvnno (260cal) Its a banana,protein drink that starbucks makes. Its there healthies drink there

      Dinner: Amys lassanga (290 cal) with a salad no cal dressing

      A scoop of fat free frozen yogurt with cereal berries and coolwhip on top
      my height is 5′4

        Breakfast: Instant Lower Sugar Oatmeal with a cup of Special K Cereal

        Then i had 60 mintue ballet class

        Lunch: Orange

        Then I had Ballet Rehersal for Nutcracker

        Dinner: Turkey w/ swiss Painini and a Huge Salad( Low calorie and no calorie dressing)

        Then i had a bowl of Fat free Frozen Yogurt

        Did i eat too much for a diet today??? and if not do you think i will loose wieght with this?

          my after binge diet. how many calories do you think it is?

          so last night i was drunk and binged on food (b/c im recovering from anorexia and when i’m drunk i will binge). I ate about 4 pop-tarts with cool wip on top, a tub of coolwhip, a plate of Nachos with cheese avacado, sour cream, and beans, a muffin,a bowl of cereal, and a Peanurbutter and jelly sandwich with salad.

          Then today i had

          25 cal hot coco
          light blended latte (i know its under 200 cal)
          A Big salad with many varieties of veggies with no cal dressing and a 6′ turkey sub from subway

          Then i had a few scoops of fat free frozen yogurt with berries on top

          I usually rin 8 miles four times a week and on days i dont run i have master ballet class. Today i didnt run b/c i had a hangover but i will run tommorow. Do you think after tommorow all the weight i gained from that binge will go away after my usual run?

            and i walked alot in to mall today for Christmas shopping

            Dinner: Small Poorboy Turkey Provolone sandwich and a chef salad no dressing.

            Then i had a few scoops of fat free frozen yogurt with baby crunshies on top

            HOw many calories do you think this is and did i eat too much food to loose weight?

              Will i loose weight with this?

              I run about 7 miles on a treadmill at 7mph (Wich i increase throughout my run till i reach 8 mph near the end) 3 times a week. On days I don’t run i have ballet class for and hour and a half on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday (with some rehearsals after class on Saturday). On Sunday If im not hung over from a party or anything i’ll run 7.5 miles to the market under 60 minutes usually.

              Brekfast: Reduced sugar Oatmeal with 1 cup of special k on top

              3:00 Then I have a small protein smoothie that’s made with non fat milk and strawberries w/ bannans in it. before my work outs

              Dinner: Usually a turkey sandwich or turkey cranberry wrap and a salad then for desert i have some fat free frozen yogurt

                I usually do this schedule 3 days a week and on other days its the same thing except instead of running i have 90 minute ballet class and rehearsals, and on the weekends i have performances and rehearsals

                If i dont workout a day I freak out and feel guilty eating, Im 17 5′4 about 90 and i used to be 77 when i was annorexic but now im recovering

                  For workouts i usually run 7 miles on a treadmill at 7 mph or higher every other day and the days i don’t run i have ballet class. I also like to do a long run of 7.5 miles outside on Sundays under an hour.

                  Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal with a cup of special K on top

                  3:00 a.m: I have a small all natural Protein low fat smoothie with bannans and strawberrys in it at our gym

                  Dinner: 1.I have a Turkey cranberry wrap and a side salad with no calorie dressing and a slice of cake(b/c my mom fears i will loose too much weight with my workout schedule)
                  Or I have on days i have Ballet
                  2. Chef salad with a small turkey sandwich and some Fat free frozen yogurt with a cookie,(for desert b/c my mom makes me eat desert)

                  I sometimes have a handful of 50 calorie puff cereal
