Should i be Feeling guilty?
So i have a regular excercise and eating schedual but i dont know if its going to help me loose weight i usually do one long run on sunday but i wont be able to do that this week and im feeling guilty about it. I also feel guilty b/c i feel like i eat too much food and wont loose weight with this will you tell me if these feelings of guilt are really true?
Monday:
Breakfest: Instant Oatmeal with 1 cup of Special K cereal on top
3:00 p.m: Small Low fat and all Natural strawberry Banana Smoothie with a protein boost at the gym
Excercise: 7 miles on a tredmill at the gym at 7mph and increase to 8 mph near the end of my runs.
Dinner: Turkey cranberry Wrap, with a small side salad (No cal dressing), a small slice of cake with Some fat freee cool whip
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Same
3:00P.m: Before and hour and a half of ballet class i have a blenderd vivanno banana chocolate shake at starbucks with non-fat milk it is about 300 calories.
Excercise: 90 mins of ballet
Dinner: Small turkey sandwich a big chef salad (no dressing) and Frozen fat free Yogurt with low calorie puffed up cereal on top.
Wednesday: Same as monday
Thursday: same as Tuesday
Friday: same as monday and wednes day
Saturday:
Breakfast i have my oatmeal with cereal on top and add a banana b/c i have to go to dance in the morning. I have 90 mins class and then i have about an hour of rehersal. After that i have dinner and its usually what ever i might have a grapefruit in between breakfast and dinner.
Sunday: Okay heres they day i usually do a long 7.5 mile run under an hour but this week i wont be able to do it. I was thinking running 7 miles at the gym after rehersal on saturday to make up for it should I? I feel guilty.
