        am i eating to much?

        im 5′6 and weigh 136 pounds i want to get down to 126 i do 45 minutes of cardio a day and i eat this
        bfast-cereal
        lunch-whole wheat pita w/ fat free cream cheese and an apple
        snack-fat free frozen yogurt
        dinner- egg whites and salad
        is this to much if i wanna lose wight ?

          Smoothies recipes without ice?

          I have to make smoothies for my job but we don’t have an ice machine, and it’s a health food store so they want us to use almond milk instead of real milk. I have access to frozen fruits (peaches, strawberries and blueberries), yogurts (vanilla, raspberry almond-gurt, peach greek yogurt), almond and coconut milk, and sweeteners like agave and coconut nectar. We also have apple, lemon ginger, apple carrot and vegetable juices. The last stuff I made according to the recipe I had tasted awful and I REALLY need new recipes.

            Will I get fat please MUST ANSWER!!?

            hey im a 12 year old girl. im almost 5 6 about 5 5 and i weigh about 95 pounds. I had a bowl of cheerios with fat free milk for breakfast. Lunch: half a turkey sandwhich with lettuce and tomato on a roll. I also had some goldfish and a gatorade. Then I came home and had an apple, a pear, and a few whole wheat ritz crackers with some munster cheese on top. I am going to go to the mall and I plan to eat a small fat free frozen yogurt of chocolate and vanilla swirl in a cone and eat dinner there. (i will probly eat some chinese food but not the oily kind. I will eat healthy.) Is this too much to eat? Will I get fat and please tell me how many approximate calories and grams of fat that was. THANKS! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!! OR DID I EAT NOT ENOUGH?:)

              Which meal should I eat before my morning workout?

              I work out in the mornings, and I eat before. Which meal should I eat before/after my workout? I am trying to lose weight.

              1. Oatmeal with 2% milk and an apple
              or
              2. Smoothie – 2% Greek Strained Plain Yogurt with a little orange juice, frozen raspberries, strawberries and nectarine

              Please let me know which one you think is more effective to lose weight. Or any other recipes are welcome. Thank you! :)

                Heres what I ate today… Am I still going to gain weight?

                all right I’m done gaining weight and i just want to maintain will i with this schedual??? I had 90 minutes of master ballet class, and i usually run lond distnace and strength train on days I dont dance
                I was 86 and now im 92 and i dont want to gain anymore will i still gain with this?

                Breakfast: One packet of instant oatmeal with a cup of cereal

                Lunch: an apple

                and then a starbucks Vavvnno (260cal) Its a banana,protein drink that starbucks makes. Its there healthies drink there

                Dinner: Amys lassanga (290 cal) with a salad no cal dressing

                A scoop of fat free frozen yogurt with cereal berries and coolwhip on top
                my height is 5′4

                  How can I possibly get more calories in?

                  Breakfast: Oatmeal (150 calories)
                  Lunch: 1/2 bagel (I can’t eat more than that) and an apple (300 calories)
                  Snack: Unsalted nuts (200 calories)
                  Dinner: Salad with light ranch dressing and grilled chicken (200 calories)
                  Dessert: 1 cup fat free frozen yogurt banana split (250 calories)

                  That’s only 1,100 calories and I burn 1,500 each day, doing nothing. I also work out and burn 300. So, if I do 500 less than what I burn, that is 1,300. How can I sneak in 200 extra calories? Please don’t tell me to eat a cheeseburger or anything. I’m not trying to gain weight. I’m actually trying to lose 20 pounds, the right way. I find it hard to eat more than this though without eating way to much. So, how can I get 200 calories into my diet?

                    Is this okay to eat in a day? Or is it not enough?

                    Okay– So I’ve been dieting and everyone is telling me I’m not eating enough.

                    Breakfast- 1/2 Cup of rolled oats with water and a banana- 255 calories.

                    Lunch– An apple and a protein shake- 250 calories.

                    After the gym– Cottage Cheese and pineapple- 130 calories

                    Dinner- Salad with pine nuts and fish– 400 calories.

                    After dinner- fat free frozen yogurt- 100 calories.

                    some days for lunch ill have a chobani yogurt, granola bar, chicken, vegetables.

                    Not limited to these obviously but I don’t eat cereal, potatoes, crackers…..
